Made of 3/4" nylon (triple ply cheeks and double ply poll strap), the I.C.E. Halter with rolled throatlatch with snap fits nicely under the bridle if you wish. Adjustable PVC padded noseband is standard. Please allow 3-5 weeks for special order items.
